ISM-Milwaukee Student SUCCESS Program
The mission of the ISM-Milwaukee Student SUCCESS Program is to provide undergraduate and graduate students in the Milwaukee and surrounding area with professional development programs so students can help build an ethical and prosperous global economy. We will strive to develop in our students, the communication, technology, professionalism and leadership skills needed to succeed in the field of Supply Management.

ISM-Milwaukee is currently developing a scholarship program, which will be made available to students who plan to study and enter a career in Supply Management. |

Understanding:
ISM-Milwaukee has been the area leader in Purchasing and Supply Management Education since 1918. We tailor our educational programs to the needs of our students, members and local businesses. ISM-Milwaukee’s educational programs and local business reports are highly regarded by area employers, many who are represented in our membership. |

Certification:
An ISM-Milwaukee Student Membership is a great first step towards learning about and gaining professional certification. Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a pre-requisite for many of the Supply Management opportunities in the Milwaukee area. |

Contacts:
Student Membership entitles you to network with hundreds of Supply Management professionals at free monthly dinner meetings. Joining a committee will give you the opportunity to work with current professionals and help you develop management, networking and leadership skills. |

Employment:
ISM-Milwaukee Student Membership also entitles you access to ISM’s Online Career Center. You can search a database of employment opportunities, both locally and nationally. You can also post your resume for potential employers to see, or you can take advantage of other career advancing tools. |

Gain a deeper understanding of your area of interest and develop valuable connections when you join an ISM or ISM-Milwaukee special interest group or forum. Select from a wide variety of interest areas including services, material management, international sourcing, health care, and hospitality. |

Dues-Free Academic Membership
STUDENTS
As a student, you are eligible for dues-free membership in ISM, and ISM-Milwaukee, as long as you are enrolled full-time in an accredited community college or four-year university. Once your dues-free membership is approved, you will have exclusive access to all of the benefits provided to regular members, including unlimited access to the Members Only section of the ISM website.
EDUCATORS
As an educator, you are eligible for dues-free membership in ISM, and ISM-Milwaukee, as long as you are employed full-time with an academic appointment as a teacher, research specialist, department head, director or dean of a college, university, or other academic institution with an educational responsibility including purchasing, materials management, or other related fields or subjects. Once your dues-free membership is approved, you will have exclusive access to all of the benefits provided to regular members, including unlimited access to the Members Only section of the ISM website.
